New patients require time for intake as well as treatment so visits are typically 90 minutes. To enhance your visit, please fill out and return the Health History Questionnaire prior to your visit.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please advise a minimum of one day in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $25 no show or cancellation fee.
